An irrelevant side tangent, because whether your health care is public or private, idiots are still running up the bill, as American health insurance premiums can attest.

It would work with lower premiums very well, because that would make health care insurance available to more people.

The premiums for American health care insurance are ridiculously high, and most people simply can't afford it.

Then again they have too much money to get supported by MediCare.

It's not really the smokers or such that make your health care that expensive.

Many of the so called "boomers" became Politically Correct Facists. This all started with the very early "boomers" during Ronald Reagan's 80's. Having said that I applaud those trying to ban Trans Fats - they are extremely dangerous and are of no use whatsoever. All food can be cooked without them. You've really got to wonder why they've had them inserted into all kinds of food all these years. The conspiracy theorist inside me cannot help but wonder.
