So a few months, then we can see how far down the wolves can go and blame America for all the carnage, it's win freaking win 
As far as blaming the Iraqi people for whats going on thats just blame shifting; responsibility for planning sits with the Bush administration and the responsibility for a murderous terrorist insurgency rests with the Bin Ladenists. Blaming Iraqi democrats for the current situation is burying any chances of long term change in the region and sets up for an assured destruction policy after the next attack.
