This is an easy way to help out your local food banks and pantries-donations are down, and sadly more people are relying on them for food. Almost 63 million pounds of food was collected last year!

Thank you for starting this thread, Mrs. Springsteen. This food drive is a wonderful way to do something special on the B-Man's birthday, and helps so many people.
I just brought some food to the post office, which is an option if you don't want to leave it by your mail box. There's still time to contribute--some P.O.'s don't close until 3 pm today.
