Most of India's "cows" are actually water buffaloes. This one was a special type of giant, high-yield dairy buffalo, which they flew all the way from Haryana in north India to Hyderabad specifically because Bush had expressed a wish to see "one of those giant farm buffaloes". Then after they went to all that trouble, he didn't even hang around long enough to watch the milking demonstration they'd planned.
