Elevators are becomming the new thing to have in homes. Sales of single family home elevators have skyrocketed in the last decade.

With an aging populous, this is a feature that is becoming more attractive than some traditional home improvement items.

That's interesting. The case of my mother's friend was the first time I'd ever heard of an elevator being built in a private home. I guess it won't be the last.

I bet Mr. B has his very own elevator too.
Do you know how much those things cost to retrofit?

Hehe, me too

I wish I could get stuck in an elevator w/ him

But w/ my luck it'd be more like Danny DeVito

People who live on a second floor and think they need a lift are just plain lazy. Unless you're old, or frail, or have a physical impairment.

A growing segment of society. Just look at the increased number of people who shop from electric scooters.

It'll be a guy named Otis. Every elevator repair man I've ever seen has the nametag "Otis" on his uniform.
