Right now, the World Economic Forum is taking place in Davos, Switzerland.
The Forum's theme this year is: "Taking Responsibility for Tough Choices".
One of the most noticeable events took place today with a panel discussion on Africa's Future:

There will also be a webcast available starting tomorrow on this event in Davos:

I encourage everyone here to watch the webcast and to learn more about the vast disparity between the developed world and the developing world, especially for Africa.
On this day of the anniversary of the genocide of Auschwitz, let's do whatever we can to stop the trains of apathy and indifference which allow more than 3,500,000 Africans to die of AIDS and extreme poverty EVERY YEAR.
3,500,000 unnecessary deaths every year.
This is ONE massive loss of life that we can STOP - if we want to.
WE GET TO CARRY EACH OTHER....
