plus: I am all for preserving all these songs. If that was an Leadbelly thing, well you see.. I am all for the preservation of worksongs and Blues. Blues is sad.

Music is always an expression of culture and often enough, it displays the social and cultural background of the society the performer came from.

However, people still listen to songs like Brown Sugar by the Stones, which is openly racist as well.

If someone felt offended by that song for its usage in a school, I´m all for replacing it.
