prayer and PMS

http://www.gopetition.com/online/5137.html

Someone sent this to me. It's the strangest thing I've ever heard.

I'm all in favor of prayer, but Advil works better for this problem

I wonder what it would be like if men had PMS if the attitude towards it would be different

I'm all for prayer, too, but that's right, we need Advil or whatever for pain. To be honest, this is right up the same alley that used to say women deserved to go through the pain of childbirth without any anesthesia. Queen Victoria was the first woman to get anesthesia for childbirth. After she did it, it became acceptable. I'm sorry, this is not acceptable to me!

Is there ever a moment where a Simpsons quote is not appropriate? (The quote below doesn't talk about PMS, but you get the idea.)

Quote:
Homer: Yeah, sure, for you, a baby's all fun and games.
For me, it's diaper changes and midnight feedings.
Lisa: Doesn't Mom do that stuff?
Homer: Yeah, but I have to hear about it.

I just signed the petition.

Prayer, meditation, conversations with God, whatever you want to call it, is a wonderful thing. But for PMS, I depend on heating pads, chocolate and lots of vodka.

Oh and yoga can also be helpful.
