ok, ok, ok, I just read this thread... and ummmmm, i really wish more was said about Pakistan in the States... it's just reaking of ignorence..... Most people see Pakistan as the deserted area with huts that host terrorists... there is much much much more to Pakistan...

Musharaff has many supporters, though people like to call him "Busharaff" in Pakistan... he still has a lot of support.....

I really want to film a documentary on pakistan and bring it to the states.... Because, with all the comments that are being said about Pakistan..... I can't help but feel that their is a lot of ignorence about the country...

Verte, specifically with you, try reading up on dawn.com, it is a Pakistani news source that will help u understand whats going on in the country....... Hope it helps... it def. helps me...

OK, I'll go get it. We really don't know much about Pakistan in the U.S, I don't think, and it's not good. All we really know about are the problems in the border country with Afghanistan, which is just a portion of the population. We see one picture of a demonstration somewhere in Pakistan and assume it represents the whole country. That's ridiculous. It's like assuming something going on in the state of Georgia is typical of the U.S. I'm just a nutty artist, I don't know anything about this stuff.
