No Sex In Stairwells

You wouldn't think you'd have to write this into law, but New York City's code of conduct for students entering classes in september will include "no sex in the satirwells".

In my high school, there was an entire wing that was abandoned and allegedly condemned.

Needless to say, people snuck in there to make out and get high.
