to your area giving women the vote first, by the way . And nice to see women being appointed to such high positions politically there, too. We're...getting there here in the States...still waiting for that first female president, though.

Ah, I missed this thread. Nice break from American politics, lol.

All phone facilities are owned by Telstra. The ombudsman ensures they lease them or get rid of percentages to stop stealing too much market etc, etc, etc. Now that it is to be sold again with another float, we'll see an increase in prices and degradation in service! Yay! Just like Telstra 1 and 2.

I think the arse has well and truly fallen out of Australian and NSW politics, with Brodgen and now Latham. Arsewipes that they are.
