I thought the swastika was banned in Germany?? And could lead to imprisonment or am I wrong.

Twas mentioned in the article. Tis a good thing for the country I think...comedy has always been useful as a way to deal with some of the difficult parts of ourselves, 'the ability to laugh at yourself' as it goes.
