I have a cheap garnet cross that I bought in Italy when I went over for my niece's christening. It was blessed by Pope John Paul II. I'm going to take that thing and put it in my safety deposit box. Spiritually, it's priceless. I have things that are more materially valuable, but nothing more spiritually valuable.

Right now i'm looking across at a photo of my sister shaking john paul's hand. it takes on a whole new meaning now.

I've always considered this cross pretty special, but it's only now that I've decided to put it in my safety deposit box, because it has really, really heavy duty meaning to me now. Wow, your sister is lucky that she got to meet the pope.
