Incident reported on a bus in Hackney Road too.
Warren Street, Oval and Shepherds Bush stations evacuated
Tube is on code Amber which basically means a full evacuation of all stations.
One eye witness reports seeing smoke on one of the trains and someone pulling the emergency cord.
No reports of any explosions or casualties
