Police: No motive known for Wisconsin killings
Gunman killed seven before killing himself at church service in hotel

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (CNN) -- Police said on Sunday they don't know why Terry Ratzmann, 44, burst into a Wisconsin church service and opened fire, killing seven people and then himself.

Ratzmann stopped to reload his handgun during his assault Saturday on the Living Church of God service at a Sheraton Hotel in Brookfield, police said.

It's all very disturbing. We may never know the motivation. Some said he spoke some say he didn't. The news here said he walked out of a previous sermon because it was "an end is near" type of sermon.

Is there anyway to prevent these things? I mean we go to school or church and we're suppose to feel safe right?

I just don't know what to think anymore.

Yes definately very disturbing, even though this didnt happen here. Its still quite alarming that something like this can happen.

This is horrible, very disturbing. I saw one report that said he was afraid of losing his job.
