Nor can you ignore the close relationship Kerry had with the North Vietnamese....Look whose relatives got the first major western reconstruction contracts in North Vietnam after Kerry declared there were no more POWS and advocated the US establish normal relations with the nation again. i also don't think Bush ever sat in a meeting while the assisination of US Senators was discussed as a strategy. Though Kerry didn't participate in in the active discussion it shows the kind of people he was associated with. I'm not a huge Bush fan, but it irks me to see people be so naive on Mr. Kerry's past. The supposed war hero didn't even receive an honorable discharge until Jimmy Carter stepped in. As reasons Mr. Kerry won't sign a public release of his military records.
