Judge Dismisses Restraining Order, Husband Sets Wife On Fire
I don't know why they even bother issuing restraining orders when there are worthless judges like this one. He bears part of the responsibility for this, I hope he can live with that..__________________
"I'd like to be six feet five"-nice, you insensitive pig
Judge Richard Palumbo threw out a restraining order against Hargrave, dismissing Cade’s cries for help and telling her to take her claims to divorce court.
Cade filed a year-long restraining order against Hargrave that was supposed to expire next July. Three months after that order went into effect, Hargrave asked a judge to allow him to see her for marriage counseling.
While Cade went to court to fight the request, Judge Palumbo said, “I‘d like to be six feet five, but that‘s not what we do here. You have to go to divorce court for that.”
Cade's sister, Jackson Shereen said the husband beat her on many occasions, kicked in doors and was generally a “violent tyrant around the home.”

Wonderful. This judge should be removed from office. I agree, he does bear part of the responsibility.__________________

I would not go that far.
No doubt, most RO do what they are intended to do.
I had a friend that when through a real bad divorce.
She got a RO against her ex.
He was abusing drugs, like Limbaugh, oxycotton.
He also was a dual citizen.
She was afraid he would grab their kids and go back to Turkey.
Went she saw him stalking ,
the Police followed right up
and scared him from ever violating the RO again.
