Is Joe Biden running?

Biden was on 'Real Time With Bill Mahr' last week. When Mahr asked if he was going to run in 08, Biden said 'yes', no beating around the bush. That alone was refreshing to me - most politicans considering running for office would respond with the 'I'm just trying to be the best [fill in the blank] I can be right now' line, which is bullshit.

Anyway, what do you all think of Biden?

He's a typical Beltway windbag. He seems to make some sense at times, but the Democrats are probably better off with a fresh face. I believe he's run for the nomination before, and lost.
