'Irish' guards whinge about having to respect human rights

knowing that at any second they are likely to be shot in the back, or blown to bits by a suicide bomber, constantly on edge, with little sleep and tough duty.

There's a regiment of the British army called the 'Irish Guards', and I use the quotation marks advisedly.
