I hope not; Sistani has been encouraging people to vote, and I hope they can do it. I'm nervous about all of this violence and stuff. Some of these Sunnis are being real

It will not be delayed, there is going to be violence on election day whenever it is held therefore it is better to just get it out of the way.

Yeah, it's definitely in their best interests to vote for their leaders. There's not much anyone can do about the damn Sunnis. They are screwing their own people. That's unfortunate.
