I used to hang around with a lot people like that (mainly cause my parents are conservative ) it drove my crazy at times but most of the time we weren't talking about politics. and when people were talking about politics i didn't say what i thought cause i'd on't like debates where i'm highly outnumbered 6-1 (or whatever) and my opinion will count for nothing because they are "always right"

1 guy i still hang around with has very diff political views than me...we generally avoid the subject and just go to movies
