A Hindu may have .. but he didn't disprove Christian doctrine and teachings. Muslim teachings are wrong ... for everyone, because they claim a way to reach God, that is impossible.

That's like saying that because I say I am right, that I have to be right. You can believe something to be indisputably true, but that doesn't make it indisputably true for anyone else.

No ... but there are absolute truths ... meanings truths that are absolute for every single person. These truths are true no matter who you are, or what you believe.

Like I said before ... no matter who you are ... 2+2 will always equal 4 ... no matter what.

No.

In the matter of religion: No, there is not and by claiming so you're missing the point that we've all tried to make. That you cannot simply state 'I'm right' and expect that to stand as unchallenged proof.

Its foolishness to claim we can there are absolute truths in some aspects in life, but not all aspects. You cant say there are absolute truths for logic and reason, but not religion or moral issues, or anything else.

Are you saying this in response to my reply or not?

And you've disproved theirs?

Tell me since you know the absolute truths about life, tell me this:

When will this world end(specific year)?

I personally believe that no truth is an absolute truth 100% of the time, but there is defineatly no absolute truth in religion and morals, ultimately it all comes down to belief. People "knew" the world was flat, right? But then you could call what I believe an absolute truth, so I could be wrong.

Really? How do you know it's impossible? What makes "your" way any better or more valid?

Absolute statements can be made about concrete, physical objects. I'd venture that the statement 'My heart beats' is probably quite correct and an absolute statement about the here and now. It will not be an absolute statement in 60 years or so when I'm fertilising the local plant life - in fact it will be false. The notion of all-encompasing, eternal, absolute statements is foolishness.

The Muslim belief is that you can get to God by doing good deeds. This is impossible ... who could ever do enough good deeds to get to God? No one. It is a religion based off of works, and that is a dead end every time.
