It's funny, I guess. But the whole "Jesusland" thing is going a bit too far.

The best one, though, included Alberta with the Republican states. Damn Albertans and their George Bush Jr, Stephen Harper! Thank God the conservatives weren't elected, or we'd have this thing in charge of the country:

A Canadian friend sent me that too. Unfortunately, NamkcuR, I, like you, have to move... :(

i'm not a huge fan of paul martin, but it could have been much, much, much worse with that ding dong running the country.

it isnt so much harper that i, or other canadian liberals fear. harper is alright.

its the individuals behind him that are a little scary.

The conservative party, as a whole, is scary. And I find Harper to be the worst of them all. There's just something about him that sends off warning bells in my mind.

What is the difference between the Canadian liberals and the American ones?
American Liberals are more like neo Liberals in Canada - they're still a bit right of centre (on Canada's political spectrum), but centrist on the American spectrum. Paul Martin is probably a socialist in the eyes of a republican!
