A, likely because I think the Western diet is horribly uncreative with vegetables. It's usually prepared in the blandest and tasteless form possible.

When it comes to the few times I can get Asian food, I'll usually eat plenty of vegetable dishes. Now that's good.
Then learn to cook.
Learning the Asian cuisine isn't very hard. In fact, it's quite easy.
So that should solve the veggie problem.

It's amazing what you can do with fresh vegies, a wok, a steamer, and a grill.

I love vegies.... I'm lucky to live in south america, where you don't have to worry about the seasons and you find what you like every month of the year .

I don't eat meat often cuz is not good for my articulations, and I don't like it very much. I prefer seafood, cuz it is healthier and it tastes better.

To answer the question - I eat meat as little as possible.

Once or twice a week in very small amounts.

I have preferred a vegetable protein based diet for many years.
