I don't have a problem with women breastfeeding in public, but I do agree that some places are more appropriate than others. When I worked as a waitress one summer, there was a woman who decided to breastfeed a child, who looked to be about three years old, at the table in the crowded restaurant, without a blanket to cover anything. It was actualy kind of funny watching the various reactions of other diners, and the poor waiter whose table it was. He came and asked me if I'd mind taking their order for him. 
I do know men who are simplistic pigs but that's another issue...
