A Democracy is suppose to be a representative government. You can't represent a country like the U.S. with 2 parties. You can't represent a country of so many colors in Black and White. No one in Washington represents my needs right now. I think this is one of the leading factors to a low voter turn out. People are tired of voting for the "lesser of evils". As far as funding goes for campaigns, it's my opinion that this needs to change drastically. I would like to see tighter legislation so that third parties do have a chance.

bi-partisanism is good in the sense that it isn't uni-partisanism.

i completely disagree that it's bi-polar. that somehow indicates that the two parties are not almost exactly the same.
