Is it unethical to quit an organisation after working for just 7 months ?

Suppose the guy joins the organisation thinking that he would work long..Then he had some issues which were genuine. Then he raises those issues with the manager twice...

After failing to get any result, he resigns.. Is it ethical ?

If you want more details I can give you..

I don't think it's an ethical question at all.

If a person isn't happy with their job, they should try and find another.

Unless the guy goes to work for a rival organization or company, its not unethical at all.

If he joined the organization on the basis of certain facts which are not relevant any more, then he shouldn't stay at a place where he isn't happy and satisfied.

The guy obviously made an effort to remain at his job by raising the issues that were concerning him. If he didn't get any results then there's absolutely nothing unethical about him leaving.

I'm not sure it is un[/u]ethical, you might question the patience of the employee.

But in a free-will work market, either side could have terminated the relationship after 7 months.
