Is this for real? I have heard about this for years. It was always rumored to be an alien spacecraft or a nuclear warhead from the future! The radiation went on for miles! What is the truth?

The area does show evidence of an enormous impact, thought to have been a comet.

It will be interesting to see if they release any of this "new" evidence.
