? 3 million children are living with HIV/AIDS & more than 14
million kids are orphaned by HIV/AIDS.
? But, there is hope. Prevention methods and treatments do
exist and do work.
What can you do? How do I do it? Simple! Call 202-456-1111 on
September 16.
==> the phones may be backed up and you will have to wait on hold --
please hang in there and leave your message!
Tell President Bush that you support the United States spending $3
billion on global AIDS this year, including $1 billion for the
Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria. Tell the President to
deliver on his promise for this funding without taking the money
from other health and development programs. Together with thousands
of Americans across the United States, we will send a message to our
President that we want to see action to stop the spread of AIDS.
