I believe the main job is to be able to make a decision, Excellent presidents surround themselves with competent and intelligent advisors who give them all sides of issues, and fill them in on everything.. pros and cons.. then Make Decisions. That is what W. is so good at, He is able to make decisions, and he makes them from what he believes deep down which is the key.
