Err...nobody called anybody here a commie. I believe theblazer was referring sarcastically to the protestors in Argentina and how one is branded a "communist" or a "socialist" if they protest against Bush.

in all fairness

I am sure he spoke on her passing and importance

did he not miss it because he was in South America for the long scheduled free trade conference?

where he took some serious "heat" for his policies

if he had dodged the "trade conference" for the funeral
he would have looked like a wimp


if he had missed the funeral
because he was at his ranch falling off his mountain bike
that would be a different thing

just my thoughts

My cousin claimed that he heard Bush didn't attend the funeral because he was having dinner with Prince Charles in the States.

Bush didn't head out to South America until the day after her funeral.
