burka and ethics

You can have fun of staring others but cant let the same happen to you.

Take all and give nothing..

How unethical ?

Interesting. When I was in Egypt a couple of years ago, we were walking along a beach outside of Port Said. There was a couple holding hands, enjoying the day together.

Our tour guide commented that the women in the burka was likely not the man's wife - he made some observations about their behavior, their PDA's, etc. I guess it is not uncommon to use the burka to hide one's identity, not just out of modesty.

Women's rights and Islamic society are an oxymoron in many parts of the world.

If it is by choice (is it anywhere?), go for it!

Me, if I want to stare, I wear sunglasses!
