I don't have any ties over there either and I didn't have any ties with what happened in NYC. These people didn't deserve to die this way. One minute they are happy and then this happens. That's why I feel like crying. It's sad that these cowards need to take their happiness away just to fulfill their destiny.

I can’t believe the news today
Oh, I can’t close my eyes and make it go away
How long...
How long must we sing this song?
How long? how long...

I did too...I don't know why...it just reminds me so much of 9/11...I knew someone that died then (granted only knew them casually, but still)...it just pisses me off, and it scares me. I have a sick feeling they will strike again soon in other countries seen to be in alliance with the US.

I hope the death toll doesn't rise anymore, and I'm keeping you Londoners in my thoughts...

My sympathies go out to everyone in London and your country as a whole. Unfortunately this kind of thing is becoming more commonplace and it seems the bad guys are determined to bring it to the UK and US as well. When will they realize, it only strengthens our resolve and determination?

You know, I didnt cry when 911 happened. I was so in shock looking at it on TV and seeing the towers that I couldnt cry. This is purely a thought to me, and Im imagining what people are going through.
Thats what makes me cry
Bastards. I was wondering how long we could go before they hatched another plot

When 9/11 happened, I was in shock also. And then when I was listening to the radio with people calling in and doing dedications I cried.

It's such a scary world we live in but we can't let these psychos win no matter what.

I don't have any ties to London except that I visited it once and I love the city. I was also at King's Cross which was one of the stations hit. Obviously I'd be upset if it were any other city or nation, but maybe that's why I'm taking this even harder than I normally would.

This is bringing back so many memories of 9/11 for me.

Yesterday, London was filled with so much joy over being picked to host the 2012 Olympics. The joy was positively infectious.

Then I woke up this morning, turned on the news, and learned of this horrible tragedy. I can't even fathom the grief my UK Interferencers are feeling. But I do want all of you to know, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Terrorism sucks.

Wow. This happened to me in Paris years ago. A store I had been shopping in blew up later in the day.

I've visited London. It's a great city and what happened today was a massive crime against humanity. I'm sorry for all of the lives that have been lost today. Condolences to their families and friends.
