What's the best movie of all time to U2 fans?

I'll start off with mine:

Raging Bull, Martin Scorsese

I hate to say it, but this belongs in "Lemonade Stand."

But my favorite film is Kieslowski's "Red."

Have you seen any of the "Dekalog" series.

They come to the L A area every few years at Film festivels and always sell out?

I own "The Decalogue" on DVD, and it's fantastic. I just like "Red" better.

I hear that Steven Soderburgh and George Clooney are stealing Kieslowski's idea, though, and making something incredibly similar.

Melon,

i know they are in b&w and loosely based on 10 commandments.

which ones (numbers) do you like best?

i saw one, snuck into a sold out show after hour and half drive.

I hope they don't.
Sonderburg ruined Traffik.
So lets hope they leave it alone.

likewise
Potters "Siinging Detective" is simply brilliant.
Last year's film was a big miss.

Jurassic Park - I loved dinosaurs since I was crawling and seeing that movie when I was seven kept that going. I know that it isn't the greatest movie ever done but it is a well made blockbuster with a solid cast and is clearly the best dinosaur movie ever.

The best movie would be "Back to the Future," thank you. End of discussion :D

EDIT: Well okay...BttF is my "favorite" movie, but I don't necessarily think it's the *best* if that makes any sense. I just skimmed other user's various choices and it reminded me that the "best" movie is undoubtedly Schindler's List (and I've seen a LOT of movies). There you go. End of discussion...................

best movie -- you'd probably have to say "schindler's list"

my favorite movies -- toss up between "goodfellas" and "boogie nights"

"ET" also makes me weep like a schoolgirl. it's about finding something beautiful and precious in the middle of stifling suburbia, how kids empower themselves and make magic. it's American suburban transcendentalism, and it moves me so.

*sigh*

Either E.T., The Fellowship of the Ring or The Making of The Joshua Tree.
