The US better be careful in what its goals are for in Iraq... The Ayotallah who was exiled out of Iraq by Saddam may be the next leader... This might mirror a similar revolution of that in Iran....

I wouldn't be suprised if Al-Hakim would be the future leader..
He is a Shia mullah that had lost his family by Saddam's regime.. People in general love the guy because he holds a charismatic and Islamic/democratic stance...

If this guy wins the hearts of the country, i hope he does a good job with running the country... But, my suggestion is that the US stays out of its affairs...

The US has to learn to be accepting of other ways of culture and beliefs.. I only hope that the US doesn't throw itself on a country whose hearts lie somewhere else.

lets pray history doesn't keep on repeating itself

I hope to heck they have good, honest, democratic elections in Iraq. I don't want the Iraqis to feel like they have to please Washington. They've got to please themselves. If they like this guy and want him to lead their country, this U.S. citizen says more power to him. If they elect him inaugurate him dammmit.
