I am partial to New Mexico over Arizona, much prettier, much more cultural, much less crowded and I lived in San Diego for 10 years so I know what goes on there.

i am partial to the flagstaff area, at least whta i saw of it. and i cna't find a single flagstaff studio online, which makes me think the market might be hopen for one? who's to say what that will be like in 5 years or so.
