If there was no media bias:
- The peace process would be reported in Iraq much more often
- CBS would not have used fake Bush memos in attempt to sway an election
- CBS would not have considered airing a Reagan film with a false statement - NEVER QUOTED - comment about people living with AIDS
- NPR would not have a liberal bias - WHICH THEY ADMIT TO

everything you've listed is an opinion, not a fact. i can't believe you'd actually point to a television *movie* as some evidence of journalistic bias, and you've giving CBS waaaaaay too much credit and ambition -- they just wanted the scoop, not to swing an election.

there's no point in continuing. you've made up your mind and will probably continue to interpret any and all news through your very specific filter.

and please re-read that Town Hall (ultra-conservative site, btw, that publishes the likes of Michelle Malkin). you point to an opinion column as fact, and nowhere in the article does NPR admit to a liberal bias.

i think NPR is liberal in the sense that it is inconclusive -- they seek to illuminate complexity and deliver news in a moderate, thoughtful tone, in direct contrast with the screaming histrionics on Fox.
