Babies piled in Dumpsters,
Abortion on demand,
Oh, sweet land of liberty;
your house is on the sand.

We've voted in a government
that's rotting at the core,
Appointing Godless Judges
who throw reason out the door.

Too soft to place a killer
in a well-deserved tomb,
But brave enough to kill a baby
before he leaves the womb.

You think that God's not angry,
that our land's a moral slum?
How much longer will He wait
before His judgment comes?

that's just lovely, isn't it?

i wonder if he does death penalty sonnets as well?

I can't stand Roy Moore. I voted in my first Republican primary in 2000 to vote for Moore's opponent in the race for state Supreme Court Justice. Unfortunately, Moore won, and the rest is history. Unfortunately, the Republican incumbent is a little vulnerable because he proposed a tax increase in 2003, a proposal that got nuked by the voters when it went to a referendum. If Moore wins the Republican primary, he'll get elected governor. Only very unpopular Republicans lose elections in Alabama.

I bet John Ashcroft could sing it with the proper intonations.

all art should seek to glorify the Motherla ... uh, i mean, Nation.

If this guy wins the Republican primary, and thus the election, I'm going to be asking for prayers. Trust me. I'll start claiming I'm from Georgia when I go to New York. Unfortunately a hell of alot of Alabama voters are swayed by this guy. Ugh.
