Al Gore's global warming concert to be held in NY (U2 still not confirmed)

^ yup, I thought so too. If U2 was gonna play, I'd fly back home for it (I'm from DC). Supposedly the concert organizers wanted to hold it downtown, on the national mall, in DC, but that would have posed problems for the city, because there is a massive July 4th fireworks celebration there every year, and clean-up takes a while.
