There is no age of the earth given in the Bible...there is an age of recorded history begining with when Adam and Eve were expelled from the garden...but we have no measure of time before that. They could have been there ten million years!!

Jesus is a man...because his bride...the church...is referred to as a she. (Israel is often referred to as the wife of Jehovah)

Women were given the attributes of the Holy Spirit at creation..

Now you should know I don't necessarily believe all this and have not made up my mind about it all...but this is what I was taught as a kid as I was being raised in Bible fundamentalism.

Everybody knows American kids are illiterate anyway. However, they have talked about passing out play-doh to the kids ;)
 
I don't know why I feel compelled to do this, but....allow me to get scientific for a bit.

[science geek talk]Your theory is interesting and amusing, but there's something a bit odd about this whole playdough thing - especially the dinosaurs. Now, looking at all the planets in this solar system it's clear that atmospheres, climates, size, solidity, stability etc vary widely between planets. Now, if these dinosaur bones indeed came from different planets, all those planets would have to have extremely similar (or identical) atmospheres, climates, stability and terrain as the earth - dinosaurs wouldn't need such massive bones if they lived on a planet where the gravity is only 1/4th earth's gravity (and conversely they would need much stronger and denser bones if they lived on a planet with 2x gravity). Also, the fact that we have found both fossils for land and sea dinosaurs shows that these animals must have lived on planets with similar terrain to Earth.[/science geek talk]

Now, sure, maybe one of the planets was a water planet and one of the planets was a land planet and those pieces of playdough just got mixed in to Earth, but...I don't buy it. :D

Nice theory though, diamond - it's definitely more interesting and imaginative than some others I've heard. :)

Some of the material I reached my theory are from books and reference material based from-
-The Bible-KJV.
-The Apocrypha
- The Dead Sea Scrolls
-The Talmud
-The Koran
-The Septuagint(Greek Trns. of OT)
-Life After Life
-Sports Illustrated..

and many others.

The way I understand it is God has created MORE WORLDS , UNIVERSES , GALAXIES than we humans will ever comprehend.
As many sands on the sea-shore is not even equivelent to the amount of worlds he has created.:ohmy:
He had has quite a vast selection and choice of differnt planets and atmospheres to assemble Earth.
He is Our Father and God of this world:yes:
He loves all of his children here.

Here's a thought.....

Other than the fact that we would be overpopulated with <G> only knows what if the theory of evolution were to be proven...how many generations of offspring would it take to make a primate a human?..how many genetic dna sequence changes would have to take place and how many generations of those would still be living? to make one bright enough to do what man has accomplished in one lifetime?....how many are capable of critical thinking?.. where are the cells of the neanderthal horses that evolved into the beautiful animals we all know and love?...what about the layers of rock formations within geological surveys that do not include any life forms whatsoever?...this clip is kind of poignant>

Yes, I believe in GOD! I don't believe that it can be proven scientifically because the Bible is not a science book but a theological history of mankind....behind every rock and every tree...he is always with me.

One thing about the Bible is that you can validate its authenticity thru seperate histories that were also recorded at the same time..
For example-
Pilate existed.
Christ existed.
King Herod existed.
Solomons Temple existed.
The City of Jerihco existed
The Mt Of Olives..ect ect.

Scientists AGREE chronologically w/The Bible that there is EVIDENCE of a MASSIVE FLOOD that COVERED our entire planet.:):ohmy:

I dont believe the whole evolution process..where there was a Big Bang and then we sprang from a molecular structure from the ocean the 'crawled' onto land, that turned into animals then into Man..
My beleif thru my research and life expierences is that our orgins are much MORE divine than we realize:)

Respectfully, I know these beliefs are not everyones here. Let me offer that when you feel the power and the calling then you will be moved. I can't really explain it, the earth moves beneath you and the clouds part for you and you have a direct line up into infinity....
