Does anyone else think those millions of dollars could be spent in much better ways? And what about people who are unmarried parents by choice, is that not making a judgment about their choice that the federal government doesn't have any business making? It certainly does sound like an ideological campaign, not a public health one. And one that does defy common sense.

I think we would all agree that we all want to prevent unwanted pregnancies (and that is not only achieved through abstinence education), but isn't this just strange? I think it's great if individuals make the personal choice to abstain when they're adults if that's what they determine is best for them.

Money is being spent to target 28 year old adults for abstinence pledges?

It must be great that we've solved all the other pressing matters in our society so that we can finally concentrate on trifling stuff like this. That's great!

The government getting involved in adults sex lives with taxpayers money is not a trifling matter; dump the program altogether, have charities hand out condoms or religious groups preach abstinence only.
