I was watching the O'Reilly Factor last night and saw this story. Even with all you hear about kids being sexually active and what can go on in schools, this still shocked me. The stories all seem conflicting-but according to what was on O'Reilly last night (he interviewed two parents, not the parents of the kids involved-and a reporter for the factor interviewed the superintendent) it was intercourse. Obviously even if it wasn't, sex acts of any type shouldn't be going on during class.

"The Superintendent says there are changes on the way at Raymond Park and the district. For starters, the tops of the cubicles will come down so that teachers can see clearly what's going on. Secondly, the district says it will look at improving communications, possibly hiring a media professional and adding sex ed classes.
The two students involved in the sexual act were expelled. The teacher, nor two alleged "look outs" were disciplined.
