Seems like the conservatives in Canada have far too much spare time on their hands...

ehh. Legalization of marijuana= not my top priority. It would have to depend on their other issues.

We have a Communist party too. I have heard them on CBC radio during the time they get for free.

The Conservatives STINK!!!
PERIOD!!!!
Remember Brian Mulroney????
The Liberals STINK - just a little less than the Conservatives.
The NDPare anything but sweet smelling perfume - good intentions, better than the Conservatives and the Liberals and a little more FOR the "average" Canadian.
Tomorrow I will NOT vote for any of the above parties.
Why, you ask?
None of them speak the truth.
My vote will be going to the CANADIAN ACTION PARTY.
Unfortunately they will NOT win any seats.
But they will have spoken the truth about what has been happening in this Country.

And the really bizarre thing is that Fletcher is a Conservative, and is being mocked in an article obviously written by a voracious Conservative.

Mocking quadriplegics now...honest to Christ, you have GOT to be joking.

One more reason NOT to vote Conservative. Fucking ignorant bigots.

I have no sweet clue who I'm voting for, but I know it certainly won't be Conservative or Liberal. I'm in a strong NDP riding (Alexa McDonough's), so how I vote won't matter a hoot in hell, so I'm thinking I might vote Green to get them the 6 bucks or so of operating cash that it'll get them. Either that or Marxist-Leninist. Seriously.

Fuck Stephen Harper.

WOW,

A lot of seriously heated remarks in this thread.

Imjhitman; people are always going to have oppossing/different viewpoints to you. You shouldn't feel embarassed about your "provincehood" because I have an oppossing view on politics. Frankly, that's saying that you're embarassed at 75% of the people in Alberta.

I feel that we should try to embrace our differences in political views rather than attempt to belittle those who share a view that's unpopular in this forum. It seems strange to me that I would probably get more accepting remarks if I were to endorse the Marijuana Party/Communist Party instead of the Conservatives.

Let's discuss/debate the issues logically rather than emotionally.

Do you know the difference between socialism and communism?

Do you think it's better to be pro-pot or pro-war?

Actually I'd vote for neither the marijuana party on its name alone nor the communist party.

DUDE, did you even READ that list you posted?

tell me HOW that's logical and not emotional. that's heavy-handed propaganda if i've ever read it.

how nice that the conservatives can claim the moral high ground regarding attack ads on tv, while e-mails like this are circulating among its supporters.

please.

Yes, I know the difference between socialism and communism.

Pro-pot/pro-war: I dislike both. For pot, I feel that for many people, it is gateway drug that leads to harder addictions. I hate war though. Don't get me wrong, I love watching it movies. I hate that differences move nations to war. But I understand that war is sometimes necessary.

Imjhitman,

What is so emotional about that list? It's a list of reasons not to vote liberal. I'm sure you have reasons not to vote conservative. There's really nothing emotional about it. It's talking about hard facts, not emotion.

The article you are referring to wasn't an email. It's a newspaper column writen in the Toronto Sun.
