That Big Bird in the voting line, how I wish that was real. Can you legally wear such an outfit to vote? I suppose if you don't have to show ID. That's hilarious. Address? Sesame Street. What precinct is that in?

Very high turn out in the Akcron Ohio area with alot of people voting for Obama.
I've also heard that voting in Obama areas in the Philadelphia suburbs is down this year, so who knows.

Also, it's Philadelphia and Akron.

IIRC, NBCrusader didn't leave because of pro-left bias, that's a given in FYM.
And he didn't leave because he was scared of an argument. We all liked him.
I believe he left because of the incessant insulting of Christians.

got an e-mail from a good friend of a good friend -seriously trustworthy on these matters (& in general)

### ALERTfor Any NYC Voters/ or NYC Voters you know ###

Quote:

According to WBLS, voters must be sure not to check “All Democrat” (or I presume “all Republican”) on the ballot. You must check every person you’re voting for. If you check “all democrat” or “all republican,” they stated that your presidential vote will not be counted. Please share this with others.
luckily i checked my e-mail

I wasn't implying NBCrusader when I gave my suggestions as to why so few Republicans came to FYM this time, if that's what you mean.

I think he left right before the Christian bashing began, but if he ever felt like coming back, I could see why he would feel uncomfortable.

No, just making a general comment, not towards you, Pearl.

What's with the lines? I've never had to wait longer than 5 mins, and that's in a country where its compulsory to vote. Are there just very few polling places?

CNN says a second machine in PA was making an Obama vote into a Romney vote. So glad my little town has paper ballots.

I think they also said that NJ has extended online voting until Fri because of Hurricane Sandy.

Romney' s campaign predicting he'll get at least 300 electoral votes.

Heading home from work to settle in front of the TV, next to the fireplace...there better be holograms on CNN tonight or I'll be very disappointed.
