nope...
actually one of my suitemates asked the RA about the 'noise' a few days ago... she said the people upstairs got into major trouble and were reported to the school judiciary
and after she told us this, we still heard beds creaking
but then getting it on is legally ok compared to smoking weed and underage drinking
