long story short: subletted our house to 2 girls who show up on the first day of their lease complaining it was too dirty. so (as per the landlord-tenant law) we go to clean it the following day at which point they tell us they don't want it anymore and won't let us in. we are left to pay the remaining months(3 months @ $300/month per person, which effectively doubled our rent as myself and 1 room mate were now in our new house). never got the keys back even though there stuff was still inside as much as 3 weeks later.
the funny thing is one of their mother's is a landlord herself, i believe she is just assuming a couple of students won't bother with it. well it took me forever to get done(because i am the worst procrastinater) but i finally got it all filed today.

that stupid bitch fucked with the wrong kid-sorry i don't get unruly often but this still really irritates me-->brand new dts home theater when the payout goes off though!
