I had a heavy southern lunch today, fried catfish, hushpuppies & coconut cream pie. Now i feel but I'm trying to avoid being knocked on my ass by the huge ass bloodymarys that I plan on drinking after work.

Too much spice really kills my throat. I do like alot of spicey stuff, like gumbo, but I don't like what it does to my throat. I do like what it does for my stuffy nasal passages (I have really bad allergies).
