i haven't had them in ages. my mom used to make them for me

i made them the other day, i was surprised how easy they were to make. i ended up with about two and a half dozen so i certainly have plenty to spare! my hubby had never had them before and loves them now, and my dad thought they were someone else and now says they're his second favourite cookie (chocolate chip being the best of course).

oh and ILLM, we've got ice cream here too. i didn't make that though, but next summer i'll probably try to make it.
