this is such a good distraction to paper-writing!

didjya ever make copies of newsprint with the puddy?

YES!!! LOL I used to do that all the time!

I don't know how that would work with this new glittery stuff tho...

I don't remember the original silly putty smelling like this glittery stuff does

who said what now?

I like play-doh better

when I was young I used to make it myself...we had a recipe

Sometimes I was tempted to eat it

but I didn't..........or did I??

"ooooohhhhhhh" isn't a number,
let alone the correct one for this thread

my dear salomey, it is just as well to let it go.
I campaigned hard for correct numbers but I gave up...people around here just don't have what it takes to keep to any sane and honorable system

for shame :tsk:

I like silly putty! You can bounce it off the wall like this ----> :banghead: and stretch it like this ----->

did you use this recipe?

Ingredients:

1 ? cup flour
1 ? cup salt
? cup water
? cup oil

Step 1: Mix flour and salt slowly add water and oil.
If dough is dry, add additional water.

Step 2: To the wet dough, add flour.

This dough can be easily colored and scented:

Adding food coloring to the water will prevent stained hands.
Peppermint extract makes it smell great.
Glitter and foil confetti will take well to this mixture.
Great for a birthday party---Add birthday confetti.
Store in a ZIPLOC bag.

try adding kool-aid first

we used to make play dough all the time when we were kids...

never heard of adding kool-aid :lmao:

come to think of it, we never added anything to it, except occassionally food coloring.

I remember baking it too, to make it hard, if we made a shape we wanted to keep

*makes out her grocery list*
