I put in it a lovely blend of cheddar and pepper jack cheese, with a side of medium salsa. I am a plain kind of gal that way.

its a tortilla with cheese in it folded over and its heated in a pan until the cheese melts. sometimes people put veggies or meat in there too.

Two flour tortillas, filled with cheese, and grilled until the cheese melts. You can add other items along with the cheese

You can make them very easily at home, yertle. And if you're really lazy, like me, you don't even have to grill them--throw 'em in the oven or toaster oven and forget about them for about seven minutes.
